Job Responsibilities

• Partners with technology and business leaders in developing networking and telecommunication systems, implementing and maintaining overall IT Networks, and other IT networking strategies and standards for the organization.
• Performs day-to-day mentoring of the IT Network team members, and coordinates with external vendors/contractors to meet organizational goals.
• Oversees the implementation of network security and audit at the corporate level, and ensures sufficient measures are in place to protect the systems, data, and other information assets.
• Develops, maintains, and administers network operational and administrative procedures and standards to meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Demonstrates understanding in automation of network-related tasks.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 5+ years in infrastructure/network engineering.
• Advanced level knowledge of a wide breadth of network infrastructure technologies to include, but not limited to L2 Switching, L3 routing (static & dynamic protocols), Wireless standards and connectivity, Datacenter networking principles, Load balancing, and IPv4 knowledge.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Ability and flexibility to work extra hours and weekends.
