For our client, a leading European financial services organization specializing in fund administration and investment solutions, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Senior .NET Security Engineer.
Work mode: remote
Compensation: 160-210 PLN/h net (open range depending on experience)

Project & Role Overview:
The project focuses on modernizing business‑critical applications built on legacy .NET Framework (4.5.x–4.8). As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will modernize existing applications and migrate them to a modern platform based on Service Fabric (Reliable Services or containers), while implementing key security practices aligned with the client's SSDLC standards. The environment is international, and the cooperation requires close alignment with DevOps and security teams.
Responsibilities:
- Modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications and preparing them for migration
- Migrating monolithic applications into Service Fabric Reliable Services or containerized components
- Implementing and validating security controls within the SSDLC process
- Integrating SAST/DAST scanning into development workflows
- Implementing secure identity and configuration management (OIDC/OAuth2, encryption)
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines based on Infrastructure-as-Code principles
- Ensuring zero‑downtime rollouts and proper orchestration within the on‑premise Service Fabric cluster
- Preparing technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer for internal teams
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with .NET Framework (4.5.x–4.8)
- Strong background in cybersecurity, including SSDLC, SAST/DAST, OIDC/OAuth2
- Experience with application modernization and integrations, especially monolithic systems
- Experience with Service Fabric (or alternatively: Reliable Services, Containers)
- Hands‑on experience working in complex, enterprise‑grade environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international setup
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps or platform engineering
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts
- German language skills
