Unik Bolig is the leading housing ERP system in Denmark with a market share of around 70%. The product suite contains everything from property management, facility management, rent collection, full finance system, task tracking and tenant service portals. The new SaaS platform will re-place the existing product offering. The new product will be delivered from our “hybrid cloud” consisting of an Azure local stack connected to Azure. The new colleagues will be part of distributed teams with team members in Aalborg (Denmark). The team is called Reloaded.
Reloaded is responsible for our self-service portal called uHabi. uHabi currently sits on top of Unik Bolig, where it enables tenants and housing boards to do self-service, manage economy, and share and receive news and information. Once the new SaaS platform is ready, uHabi will be migrated to integrate directly with this.

Implementation and maintenance of back-end and front-end of the uHabi selfservice product, including new features
Migration of the uHabi product to new SaaS platform, when the platform is ready
requirements-expected :
8+ years’ working experience with backend or full stack development

Ability to guide peers in the right direction in a kind and professional way. This person must be an advanced/senior profile also in guiding others. This team consist of opinionated people with different preferences regarding i.e. when to stick to ‘old’ ways of designing/coding or when go new – when to refactor and how much and when to leave it to later. The person for this role must be able to quickly understand what is right in the situation and be able to explain why without pushing anybody away. Since we’re working in a Scrum setup, it is not a team lead position, but the personality and abilities must match it.
