• We are seeking a talented .NET Software Engineer with React experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, proficiency in React.js, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. In addition to technical skills, we value individuals who are passionate about software development, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to delivering top-notch solutions. Candidate without React experience must have a desire to study React once he joins us.
• We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.

• Take ownership of your code by receiving high-level requirements, planning, decomposing, estimating, designing architecture, and developing, while being prepared to engage in areas such as testing, business analysis, and demos, and demonstrating the ability to write architectural documentation such as Architecture Decision Records.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of your code through all stages, from conception to deployment in a Production environment, following a continuous delivery approach.
• Engage in resolving issues as needed, following internal incident management processes.
• Take responsibility for designing technical solutions for important product features, software modules, and technical projects.
• Support, mentor, and coach team members, establishing high standards and driving continuous process improvements.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and share knowledge actively through documentation, including Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
• Initiate and contribute to broader engineering technical designs.

• 5+ years experience in commercial development.
• Strong understanding of all SDCL stages.
• Strong written and spoken English, B2 and higher.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within an agile team.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong expertise in .NET (.NET Framework 4.5+, .NET 8+), C#, REST APIs, Relational databases, ACID transactions.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable engaging in both technical and business-related discussions.
