As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading company in online banking, contributing to the development of complex IT solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable applications using modern .NET technologies. The project involves both the creation of new functionalities (70%) and the maintenance of existing systems (30%), ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with a distributed team in an Agile environment, leveraging technologies such as .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes. The role offers flexibility, with remote work and occasional office visits.
Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).
responsibilities :
Design and optimize SQL database queries and structures
Work with Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application deployment and scalability
Collaborate with a distributed Agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions
Ensure best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing
Share knowledge and mentor junior developers to strengthen the team
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive banking data
Organize and manage tasks independently while working remotely
Participate in regular office meetings approximately 12 times per year

Experience in implementing complex IT solutions
Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8, and SQL
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
