Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Developer with proven leadership skills to join and guide our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in web application development using .NET / .NET Core and demonstrate the ability to manage both the development and the support of complete applications. This role requires proficiency in SQL and Angular, a passion for programming, and a commitment to continuous learning. Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications:

1. Higher education in IT or a related field;
2. 5+ years of experience working with .NET technologies;
3. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of programmers;
4. Demonstrated ability to design application architecture independently;
5. Excellent knowledge of English;
6. Proficient in (C#) .NET (Core and older versions), Angular, HTML/SCSS/TypeScript, MSSQL, and Git.

Additional Skills:

1. Experience with PowerShell, Rabbit MQ, NgRX, Azure DevOps, Rest API, and Entity Framework is a plus;
2. Experience in working with international teams is welcomed.

Your future role:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;
2. Participate in Recruitment meetings/activities;
3. Oversee the development of new web applications and enhancement of existing ones using C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET / .NET Core, and Angular;
4. Manage the full product development cycle, from process and screen design to development and testing;
5. Communicate requirements directly with internal clients and end users;
6. Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Figma;
7. Work with frameworks including .NET framework / .NET Core / .NET 5, Entity framework / EF Core, Angular, Telerik, and Hangfire;
8. Ensure the quality of code produced by junior team members and provide mentorship for their professional growth;
9. Participate in code versioning, backlog management, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
