Who we are looking for!

As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for Senior .NET Software Developer who will join our development office in Gdansk (Poland).

As part of our Asset Finance team, youll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

As our .NET Software Developer you will:

• Be an active member of a development team working on company core financial products,
• Develop, maintain, and modernize code using latest technology from Microsoft stack,
• Be a part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, where your voice truly matters,
• Collaborate with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals.

ABOUT YOU

Essential skills and experience:

• At least 4 years experience with .NET C# development, backend or full-stack,
• Good English&Polish skills allowing efficient communication in an international environment.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET,
• Experience in REST,
• GIT, Azure DevOps,
• T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server,
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,
• Agile and Scrum methodologies,
• Financial or banking sector interest.
