What product do we develop?

Our solution Opus Duty Plan is used daily by major municipalities and establishments that serve thousands of Danish citizens. Our product is an established duty management application that helps organize work for thousands of people working in the healthcare sector. By joining our team, you will have a part in supporting the most digitized society in the world.

We are proud of our exceptional working culture, and we have an established, mature working process, where we are never afraid to discuss how to improve based on everyones input.

We are currently searching for a motivated, responsible team player interested in a wide variety of .NET (and other) technologies. You will join one of the Scrum Teams working in a Danish-Polish environment.

We are looking for a developer who enjoys being a part of a cross-functional team, and someone who is interested in building and innovating products to satisfy their users. We value courage, respect, openness, focus, and commitment. We expect you to take responsibility and show engagement.

  • We follow Scrum principles in our work – we work in biweekly iterations and produce production-ready functionalities at the end of each iteration.
  • We have end-to-end responsibility for the features we develop – from business requirements, through design and implementation up to releasing features in production.
  • Our teams are cross-functional (6-7 persons) – they develop, test, build infrastructure and pipelines, and maintain features they have built.
  • We value feedback and continuously seek improvements.
  • We value software development best practices and craftsmanship.

Personal requirements:

  • Be experienced in .NET development (latest version)
  • Have led technical solution designs
  • Be familiar with GIT and CI/CD practices
  • Know MSSQL / PostgreSQL
  • Have worked with Kubernetes / Docker
  • Be proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Be team player with strong communication skills

Nice to have requirements:

  • Have experience with distributed systems on a cloud platform
  • Have experience with monolithic systems in a modular architecture
  • Are willing to take on significant responsibility
