For one of our client - consulting company specializing in implementing customer relationship management solutions based on Microsoft technology - we are currently looking for MS Dynamics 365 Consultant.
The Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant will be a member of the implementation team delivering complex and innovative solutions for our clients in various industries (e.g., insurance, finance, construction).
responsibilities :
Analysis of customer requirements and creation of functional solution documentation;
Support for existing applications, implementing changes, bug fixing;
Testing and assistance in deploying applications to production environments;
Maintaining positive business relationships with clients;
Setting priorities and supporting project management, including involvement in planning project stages;
Mentoring and supporting junior, less experienced colleagues.
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in English for effective business communication;
Knowledge of Power Platform tools;
Proficient understanding of Microsoft CRM system and processes - at least in one of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing;
Ability to describe customer requirements and translate them into tasks;
Ability to configure the system according to requirements;
Ability to map business processes;
Ability to create user documentation;
Ability to prepare and conduct training as part of implementations;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to apply them;
Familiarity with and ability to work in Azure DevOps/Jira environments.
Highly developed analytical skills - understanding of customer business needs;
Strong communication skills;
Good organizational skills - planning and delivering according to schedule.
