We are looking for a Lead/Senior Developer to play a key role in the development of our next-generation mobile applications for Android and iOS.
In this role, you will shape the architecture and implementation of Kotlin Multiplatform solutions, that enable driver-centric experiences through optimized routing, location intelligence, and insights derived from aggregated usage patterns, designed for reliable daily use with high performance and scalability.
responsibilities :
Own and shape our mobile Kotlin Multiplatform architecture
Lead technical decisions across Android and iOS
Develop complex mobile functionality like GPS tracking, streaming and offline maps, content delivery, monetization, and social features.
Work directly with product management and backend engineers
Make pragmatic technical decisions and move fast without sacrificing quality
Youll establish best practices, conduct code reviews, and implement test automation strategies that prevent distractions and maintain reliability.
Coach and develop junior developers on your team, helping them grow their technical skills, understand best practices, and contribute effectively to our projects.
requirements-expected :
Strong Kotlin expertise with hands-on experience using Kotlin Multiplatform in production
Deep understanding of Android development and comfortable collaborating closely with iOS engineers (Swift)
Solid architectural skills with experience building scalable, performant, and memory-efficient mobile applications
Strong grasp of mobile platform fundamentals (lifecycle, background execution, permissions, sensors integration)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, product-oriented mindset
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
Experience with automotive, navigation, mapping, or social applications is a plus, but not required.
