Samsung Ads is an advanced advertising ecosystem, spanning hundreds of millions of smart devices across TV, mobile, desktop, and beyond. The project we are recruiting for is focused on enabling brands to connect with Samsung TV audiences building the world’s smartest advertising platform. We use machine learning algorithms for advertising campaigns to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization. The goal is to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates. Audience building is a crucial aspect of effective marketing, especially in todays digital landscape where targeting specific groups of people is essential for success. During project on-boarding process you will understand our products and services to easily identify the ideal customer persona, considering factors such as demographics, psychographics, and purchasing power. Being part of an international company such as Samsung you will get to work on the most challenging projects with stakeholders and teams located around the globe. You will deeply dive into Samsung Advertising Galaxy working with such exciting domains like bidding, pacing and performance-based advertising, as well as recommendations and churn prediction/prevention.
As a Machine Learning Product Manager you will lead development and monetization of new machine learning, data and performance advertising solutions. You will partner with cross-functional global teams, external partners and customers to identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience across both existing devices and upcoming product initiatives.
responsibilities :
Lead the buildout, launch, adoption of new ML/AI and performance advertising solutions, while concurrently launching enhancements/improvements to existing features
Work cross-functionally with the local and global product & engineering, design, product marketing, sales teams to drive product development and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
Synthesize our customers’ needs, our first-party data position, our inventory, and our technology capabilities to propose and execute on new advertising solutions
Optimize existing, and effectively roll-out new advertising solutions, including technical delivery as well as the end-to-end cross-functional support needed to make the solution successful
Support the vision and strategy for the overall products within the Product Area
Communicate product strategy, plans and progress to stakeholders
Stay on top of trends in the advertising industry
Define metrics and KPIs you will use to measure the success of your products and ensure products meet business needs
requirements-expected :
5 or more years in Product Management/Technical Product Management with at least 2 of these years in digital advertising/AdTech
Proven track record of end to end technical product delivery, and can demonstrate the impact of the products you have shipped
Experience applying ML/AI in product development
Experience owning product and roadmap strategy
Deep understanding of, and demonstrated experience with the ads and AdTech ecosystem, including existing and competitive performance advertising solutions
Comfortable dealing with data. Experience with SQL, and data processing/data warehouses is a plus
Demonstrated record of high agency action and being the source of action, rather than waiting for direction, especially in the context of creating multi-million dollar new advertising solutions used by thousands of customers
Comfortable balancing concurrent projects and managing tradeoffs of a product
Bachelor’s degree in a business, technology or a related field. Master’s degree/ MBA is a plus
Experience in Agile product development is a plus
Spoken and written proficiency in English
