Right now, theyre seeking a Senior Machine Learning Product Manager to take the lead in driving AI innovation and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in wireless collaboration.

Role: Senior Machine Learning Product Manager

Salary and type of contract: up to 29k PLN gross/month on CoE or up to 36,5k net/month on B2B

Holiday: Negotiable based on contract type

Equipment: Choose your preferred setup

⏱Working hours: Flexible hours with a 4-hour overlap with the US team (Denver)

Working mode: Hybrid (3 days in the Poznań office per week)

Office location: Business Garden, Pastelowa 2, Poznań, Poland

Language: Fluency (C1) in English is required; intermediate Polish is a plus

Your tasks:

• Shape the future of AI at Mersive: Lead the development of AI and machine learning-driven product strategies, ensuring that Mersive’s products stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into Mersive’s core products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle: As part of the broader Product team, you will be responsible for managing the AI/ML strategy including everything from concept development to product launch, ensuring that AI features are scalable, secure, and impactful.
• Evangelize AI: As a thought leader in AI, you’ll promote awareness, best practices, and innovative approaches to machine learning across the organization.
• Innovate and scale: Lead the way in scaling machine learning solutions that not only meet today’s needs but can evolve to solve future challenges.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies, with knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven track record of launching and managing ML-driven products.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and driving strategic product decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• A can-do attitude and a pioneering mindset, comfortable working with greenfield projects and navigating uncharted territory in AI.
• Preferred: Deep knowledge of advanced ML techniques (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing) and experience in mentoring teams.

• Cooperation on a B2B or CoE contract, with a competitive salary of: up to 29k PLN gross/month on CoE or up to 36,5K net/month on B2B
• Flexible working hours, with a hybrid model allowing you to work 3 days per week in the Poznań office, and the remaining days remotely. Youll have the flexibility to work within CET hours, including an initial 4-hour overlap with the US team in Denver.

1. Pre-Interview with Bee Talents: 30-minute Google Meets call with Marta Lachowicz to discuss your experience, expectations, and initial alignment with the role.
2. 1st Interview with Client: 60-minute Teams meeting with Gosia Piosik focused on cultural fit and a deep dive into Mersive’s mission, values, and the specifics of the role.
3. Technical Interview 60-minute technical discussion with Mersive’s AI/ML Architect assessing your technical knowledge in machine learning, frameworks, and product strategy.
4. Final Interview with Senior Leadership: 60 minutes via Teams with Theresa Benson and Alan Young, focusing on product management skills, strategic and business-level experience, and collaboration with senior team members on business decisions, including pricing, operating costs, and product profitability.
