Duration: 10 months (30th Sept 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Middle Office processes supporting investment funds’ activity in capital markets.
- Confirm and settle institutional clients’ instructions, investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple platforms.
- Handle client inquiries and provide transaction reporting and related activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, custodians, and oversight teams.
- Send and monitor settlement/payment instructions to custodian banks.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Support colleagues in problem-solving and ensure continuity of service.
- Take ownership of resolving unusual client queries and issues.
- Participate in business initiatives, client onboarding, and process documentation.
- Maintain updated procedures and audit requirements across all clients and processes.
- Escalate issues that could impact performance or reputation in a timely manner.
- Assist Team Manager/Supervisor as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and minimize operational risk by implementing controls and KRIs.
Requirements:
- Professional level of English.
- Min 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive, goal-oriented attitude and willingness to speak up.
- Knowledge of SWIFT and project management skills are a plus.
- University degree in finance or banking is beneficial.
