As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be working for our client, a well-established company undergoing digital transformation to optimize its logistics and warehouse management operations. As a subject matter expert, you will help drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and ensure the success of each implementation phase through expert configuration, training, and post-go-live support.

responsibilities :
Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities
Configure and personalize D365 Finance and Operations to meet client needs
Integrate D365F&O with external IT systems
Optimize warehouse operations from a process and system performance perspective
Design and document technical and functional requirements
Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business processes
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose enhancements
Lead client workshops to gather and validate business requirements
Support full project lifecycle, from analysis through to deployment
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience with Warehouse Management System implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle D365F&O project with advanced WMS
Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 modules related to warehouse and logistics
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions
Proven experience in system integration within D365F&O ecosystem
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create project documentation and user instructions
Experience leading or co-leading implementation projects
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
