Senior Messaging Service and Shared Space Consultant

For our customer, a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are looking for a skilled Senior Messaging Service and Shared Space Consultant.

The Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the necessary tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both on-site and remotely.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, or Opole (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
• Type of employment: Employment contract
• Project language: French and English
• Managing messaging services (Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint, Ironport, Archive Exchange, Archive Enterprise Vault).
• Implementing and administering messaging solutions, email archiving, and securing related services (with provision provided by Helpdesk and local service).
• Configuring and securing Mail Flows and DNS Management.
• Providing Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions.
• Administering shared spaces: OneDrive, SharePoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, ShareFile Citrix.
• Offering storage spaces for professional and personal data.
• Installing, configuring, and managing file servers.
• Providing storage folders, managing sharing authorizations, and security permissions.
• Administering and securing cloud storage solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital workplace experience and drive productivity improvements.
• Staying current with emerging workplace technologies and trends, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Documenting processes and maintaining up-to-date configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentoring less experienced team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Knowledge of messaging services such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint, Ironport, Archive Exchange, Archive Enterprise Vault.
• Experience with Mail Flows and DNS Management, as well as shared space solutions: OneDrive, SharePoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, ShareFile Citrix.
• Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams in French and English.
• Experience with cloud-based workplace environments and solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
