Primary Purpose of the Position
The main aim of this position is to build a good Ipsen company image by promoting products to customers and to act as the responsibility for the Lubelskie voivodeship, Podkarpackie voivodeship territory.
Main Duties To Be Performed
- Product promotion in accordance with the Ipsen values.
- Preservation of the promoted products based on the latest scientific findings.
- Focus on customer needs: identifying the needs of internal and external customers, commitment and enthusiasm, flexibility in the application of possible solutions depending on the market situation.
- Systematic improvement of knowledge and skills at a level sufficient for independent performance of all tasks assigned to the position.
- Secure implementation of all promotional activities according to timelines.
Ethics and Compliance
- Familiarity with all applicable procedures, understanding them, acceptance, and applying in daily work.
- SOPs re-certification and exam once a year.
- Comply with Ipsen pharmacovigilance procedures.
KPIs Delivery
- Analyze sales performance on monthly basis (individual IMS data).
- Deliver various KPIs (TEAMs, project implementation, cot).
- Report progress on projects implementation on regular basis to District Manager.
- Responsibility for allocation of individual budget.
- Preparation of necessary documentation for individual sponsoring request to the KAP.
- Preparation and participation of local conferences if applicable.
- KOL relationship development.
- Samples distribution in line with new pharmaceutical legal act and Ipsen procedures.

Role Profile
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales ideally in Urology.
- Ideally the candidate will be based in or near Lubelskie voivodeship, Podkarpackie voivodeship.
- Ability to work in the field 5 days per week.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluent in Polish language.
- Knowledge of English language is a big plus.
