Your new role
In this newly created position, you will play a key role in the CETA team that focuses on Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapy Areas. As part of the role, you will Collaborate closely with clinical, medical, and commercial colleagues in the field, business area (BA), and region to ensure strategic alignment and synergy as well as:
The role entails ca. 20% of travel activity.
You will be part of the Business Area East, focusing on cardiovascular and emerging therapy areas. This role involves indirect matrix leadership of medical teams across BA East, ensuring functional and medical alignment. The department thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes. With a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with talented colleagues across the region.
As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Our candidates need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and presentation skills in order to excel in the position.
The perfect fit for the role meets the following criteria:
Willingness to travel across the country and internationally would be a prerequisite for the role as well due to the nature of the role. Proficiency in English is a must in the role, while additional languages, such as Polish, are a plus.
