Lead global digital media projects, ensuring best practices and innovation across all markets. Responsibilities include:
- Independently building briefs media campaigns, incorporating input from local markets.
- Leveraging deep knowledge of the European media landscape to recommend optimal strategies.
- Participating in media planning and buying processes to create effective integrated online/offline plans.
- Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market data, drawing actionable insights applicable across markets.
- Identifying target audiences and understanding their behavior by analyzing brand trackers and shopper data.
- Determining the best digital media mix to achieve campaign objectives.
- Cooperating with media agencies to ensure the development and implementation of effective digital media plans.
- Evaluating media plans and post-buy reports to drive media efficiency and ROI.
- Allocating digital budgets and monitoring campaign costs and progress to meet KPIs.
- Working directly with key media suppliers (META, Google, BLIX, etc.).
- Monitoring market changes, trends, and competitors’ communication and promotions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a media agency or on client’s side (experience in international environment would be an advantage).
- Proven experience in digital advertising as a media planner & buyer in media agency or on clients site.
- Strong understanding of both digital (social, programmatic, search) and offline media.
- Proficiency in Google marketing tools (Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, GA4, DV360) is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Creativity, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
