Duties

• Mechanical design, 3D modelling, and calculation of lifting and handling equipment.
• Preparation of technical specifications, production drawings, procedures, and instructions.
• Development of technical solutions for bids.
• Component selection and documentation verification.
• Collaboration with vendors, sub-suppliers, customers, and third-party representatives.

Required Skills

• Technical background in Mechanical/Structural engineering, with experience in designing lifting structures, 3D modelling, and preparing complete production documentation (2D drawings, bills of materials).
• Over 5 years of experience in designing lifting equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Autodesk, Inventor, Vault, and Ansys.
• Knowledge of marine classification regulations and relevant rules.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
