Job Description

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer up to £60k - London

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with in-house architects, structural engineers, and building physics specialists to bring ideas to life.
• Design, manage, and deliver projects as a Senior Mechanical (HVAC / Building Services) Design Engineer, with support when needed and autonomy when appropriate.
• Work in a hybrid environment with a close-knit, social culture and daily collaboration with architects and environmental designers.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects in schools, museums, listed buildings, stadiums, hospitals, hotels, and major regeneration initiatives.
• Be part of a culture that supports knowledge sharing and peer review across projects and benefits from regular reinvestment of profits into tools, people, and ideas.

About the role and team

You’ll report to a Chartered Mechanical Director who trained at Max Fordham. You’ll have the freedom to design, manage, and deliver your own projects with support when needed and autonomy when appropriate.
