We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist or Coordinator with a strong background in Google Ads and social media marketing to help shape the next wave of our marketing growth.
You’ll join a company with over 20 years in the market and ambitious plans to build a modern, creative marketing function. Your role will focus on driving performance, optimizing campaigns, and developing our brand and e-commerce presence both in Poland and internationally.

- Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce or a technical industry.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and performance marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and initiative.
- Openness to working partly on-site (Zamość) — around 3 days per week.
- Fluent Polish; English is a strong plus.
