Job Description

1. Evaluate and streamline existing workflows to boost operational efficiency and deliverables quality.
2. Foster a collaborative team culture by improving communication channels and reinforcing shared goals.
3. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, ensuring role clarity and professional development.
4. Act as a strategic liaison, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and the broader organizational objectives, including sales and product teams.
5. Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing collateral creation, campaign execution, and the deployment of automation tools.
6. Analyze key metrics, produce detailed reports, and deliver actionable insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. Over 10 years of senior-level experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of team leadership.
3. Expertise in process optimization and fostering high-performing teams.
4. Exceptional project management, strategic communication, and organizational abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and fluency in English and Polish.
