Overview
Senior Marketing Executive in the field of Ultrasound products, supporting marketing activities in North East Europe (NEEU). Location: Poland; located in Poland and covering NEEU countries. Mindray is a leading global provider of medical devices and solutions founded in 1991, focused on innovation in Patient Monitoring & Life Support, In-Vitro Diagnostics, Medical Imaging Systems and Orthopaedics. The role involves contributing creative ideas and supporting the conception and implementation of marketing measures to enhance Mindray’s presence.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of internal and external marketing measures, including revising brochures and website content.
- Planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of trade fairs, congress activities and marketing events.
- Creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns (email newsletters, direct mailings, print advertisements, specialist articles, etc.).
- Creation and administration of marketing-related documents (lead management, marketing asset tracking, reference lists, etc.).
- KOL management: develop and maintain KOL relationships.
- Training system: establish the training system, plan and supervise the implementation of training for internal and external teams.
- Close coordination with the international headquarter in China, as well as the local sales and marketing team.
What are we looking for
- Experience in the medical devices sector in ultrasound is a must.
- Very good relations with Key Opinion Leaders from the ultrasound market.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field is a strong plus.
- Experience in the medical devices sector is a strong plus.
- High creative energy and ability to recognize differentiated scenarios.
- Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and internet/social media skills.
- Structured, independent and accurate working manners.
- Good knowledge of software tools for editing graphics (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw) is an advantage.
