Analysts are key members of the Finance Department, contributing significantly to the strategic planning process and navigating e-commerce business decision-making. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.
Working in a matrix structure, you will primarily collaborate with people responsible for E-Commerce Sales, Marketing, and Brand areas to identify problems and challenges they face where data can provide insights. Within the Analytics Team, you will closely cooperate with our Web Analyst.
Experience (+10 yrs) in:
- E-commerce
- Traffic and conversion analytics
- Attribution modeling and ROI’s
- Manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured data with SQL (any SQL dialect, but BigQuery SQL desired), Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Developing front-end reporting with Business Intelligence suites (such as Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlikview, etc.)
- Using basic principles of statistics and mathematics
- Professional communication in Polish and English
Key attributes:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work autonomously, but within a team
- Sense of humor :)
It would be an additional plus if you know:
- the specifics of product-based e-commerce and how to navigate within such an industry
- how to apply econometric principles in practice
- Google Stack Tools such as: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Firebase, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)
- Python or R
- how to manage a project
