Responsibilities

• Take part in MCE and MCP implementation greenfield and brownfield projects
• Cooperate with other teams and streams on projects
• Work on international projects with cutting edge Salesforce technologies
• Analyze client business requirements and map them to technology, designing system solutions to be implemented in the system
• Upskill and certify
• Create system presentations and co‑lead discovery meetings with clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack
• Proven Marketing Cloud Engagement commercial experience – developer or consultant on several client delivery projects
• Proven Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) commercial experience – developer or consultant on several client delivery projects
• JS, Typescript, React (nice to have), HTML, CSS, solid understanding of website architecture
• SQL, Ampscript, SSJS – Marketing Cloud Engagement native scripting languages
• Solid knowledge of MCE and MCP API, ability to work with API on projects
• Solid knowledge and experience working with integration between MCE, MCP, DC, Salesforce CRM
• Ability to document project work and solution design
• English and Polish language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Cloud on Core (Growth/Advanced/Next) is a big plus
• Experience in a tech lead role on implementation projects
• Experience in leading client workshops
• Certifications in MCE, MCP, DC
