We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Advisor who will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and building and developing business relationships. Working closely with partners and practice heads, you will lead pitch processes, prepare ranking submissions, shape and implement strategic business development plans, as well as translate market insight into tangible fee-earning opportunities.

This is a senior position with real influence on the firm’s growth agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and preparing legal rankings and awards submissions (including Chambers and Legal 500).
• Designing and implementing thought‑leadership campaigns, events, and sponsorship activities.
• Building, monitoring, and analysing CRM data and reporting results.
• Creating and maintaining marketing materials such as press releases, credential databases and case studies, practice and sector brochures, presentations, etc.
• Partnering with fee‑earners on the development of BD plans and analysing results.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years’ specialist experience in business development and marketing in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Experience in managing pitch processes, preparing directory submissions and implementing thought‑leadership campaigns.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills, independence şəxlichkeit diligence, and excellent attention to detail.
• Business‑oriented approach and analytical skills, experience with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
