Your tasks

1. In this role you will be responsible for the effective and successful completion of complex maritime customer projects, taking into account costs, time, quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Act as the designated commercial and contracts manager for various engineering and defence projects.
3. To this end, you will define the direct project objectives and be fully responsible in technical and commercial (GM / TO) aspects.
4. As the Point of Contact in the project, you will be responsible for the project for all parties involved (internal and external), set up the project organization, and manage the project team/partners and suppliers.
5. Oversee all commercial aspects of program/service delivery activities in relation to the engineering and defence projects assigned to you.
6. Review, assess, and document commercial and contracting risks in accordance with internal governance processes to ensure compliance and proactively mitigate commercial risk.
7. You will be responsible for reporting to the customer, client, and management and support the sales team in the preparation of quotations.
8. You will work closely with various specialists in an interdisciplinary project team.

Your Qualifications

1. You have a degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable degree.
2. You have been able to apply your excellent knowledge of project management and controlling in the realization of turn-key projects, ideally in the marine environment.
3. You are familiar with both the world of technology and business management.
4. You like to work independently, have business acumen, and have demonstrated your negotiating skills several times in projects.
5. You have Polish citizenship.
6. You are willing to travel.
