We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester. As we continue to grow dynamically, we seek professionals to support our team in this critical role.

Responsibilities:

• testing application according to the predetermined criteria
• developing detailed test plans and scenarios based on requirement specifications
• identifying, analyzing, and reporting bugs
• participating in daily meetings
• logging bugs in bug-tracking systems 
• analyzing test outcomes and reporting them to the development team
• working closely with developers, analysts, and other team members to clarify requirements and improve product quality
• preparing and ensuring documentation is aligned with current standards and procedures
• taking the lead in organizational initiatives and providing technical suggestions
• guiding new junior testers as they acclimate to the tester role 

We invite you to apply if you have:

• approximately 5 years of experience in testing
• good understanding of the software development process
• excellent time and self-management skills for planning and prioritizing tasks to effectively utilize time and meet deadlines
• experience in adeptly managing and assisting other testers, including delegating tasks and arranging workflow
• customer-focused attitude with an understanding of the business process
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• good communication skills
• experience in mentoring junior employees
• strong command of English (min. B2), both written and spoken
• the capability to work effectively with team members located in different places and time zones
• certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are a plus
