Key Responsibilities:


  • Test Planning and Execution: Lead the testing process for new functionalities, ensuring quality standards are met and the production environment remains stable.
  • Developing Test Strategy: Create and maintain test strategies for digital products, ensuring they align with project objectives.
  • Consistent QA Approach: Implement a unified QA approach early in the development cycle to address issues before they arise.
  • Collaboration with Vendors: Work alongside external vendors to integrate early-stage testing into the development process.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing across various test types, including functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Defect Management: Use Azure DevOps to log and manage defects, working closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.
  • Agile Practices: Be an active member of an Agile delivery team, using agile methods to improve test effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed test reports, sharing outcomes and key insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Manual Testing Experience: Proven track record in manual testing within regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of GxP, GLP, and GCP.
  • Testing Methodologies: Experience in various testing methods, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Agile and Waterfall: Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, able to collaborate with global teams.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar defect tracking tools.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Language: Fluent in English (B2 level minimum).
  • Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel to client locations may be required.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • ISTQB certification
  • Basic test automation knowledge
