Overview
As the Senior Manager, Value Creation you will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of high-impact business initiatives across the Commerce Organization at Allegro. Reporting to the Director Consumer Growth, you will take ownership of indicated cross-functional programs with a focus on execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive GMV / growth through leading strategic initiatives aligned with our Consumer strategy.
- Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis to develop insights on Consumer, brand, merchant and internal customer needs.
- Manage complex cross‑functional projects, delivering results in a timely manner.
- Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data‑driven solutions.
- Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals, effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across various teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress.
Qualifications
- Analytical & problem‑solving skills: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems, and deriving business insights based on data.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams.
- At least 7–8 years of professional experience in Marketplace, E‑commerce, Consumer industries, or top‑tier consulting with a focus on consumer‑related projects.
- People leadership: Proven track record of attracting, hiring and retaining best talent in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates.
- Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions.
