  • Translate complex requirements into scalable frontend solutions that support healthcare workflows and multi-device usage.
  • Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

UI/UX Design Partnership (Highly Desired)

  • Develop standards across UI/UX teams to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.
  • Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and inclusive design principles.
  • Support the evolution of design systems and reusable component libraries.

Healthcare Domain Awareness

  • Understand and incorporate healthcare-specific usability standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety considerations.
  • Promote workflows that reduce cognitive load for clinicians and administrative users.
  • Ensure frontend experiences reflect healthcare terminology, visual cues, and decision-support elements.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • 2+ years’ experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
