Role Overview

The Senior Manager, SAP Finance, is vital for supporting and enhancing SAP capabilities at BeiGene. The role requires SAP Finance expertise, especially in configuration, processes, and integrations related to SAP FI, including general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, tax, AP, AR, and statutory reporting. The candidate will manage, support, and develop SAP finance solutions, working with global stakeholders.

Work Pattern

This hybrid role involves 3 days in the Warsaw office and 2 remote days.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic initiatives.
• Research and evaluate process, technology, and data improvements.
• Define and improve SAP Finance and cross-functional processes.
• Manage projects through planning and execution.
• Serve as a solution owner for specific applications or processes.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards.

Essential Functions

• Accountable for solution aspects, operations, and improvements.
• Coordinate with business and solution managers to develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate discussions on finance processes, reconciliation, and data setup.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance modules and integrations.
• Lead discussions and explore new areas to enhance solution maturity.
• Develop prototypes to increase efficiency.
• Manage projects, including design, testing, and deployment.

Daily Activities

• Engage with colleagues on priorities.
• Lead and support technology implementation.
• Analyze and document business processes.
• Design and test new capabilities.
• Create training materials and support deployment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• 7+ years of SAP FI experience, including configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of related technologies (Blackline, Vertex, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong accounting principles understanding.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Full lifecycle project experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Additional Details
