Responsibilities
- Operationally manage your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management)
- Manage a team of around 30 people
- Define systems and products development roadmap to meet consumer needs and deliver KPIs
- Be accountable for various projects and programs in the area and roadmap execution
- Align with other business units to support key initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work with numbers (sizing, business cases, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple teams on both product and engineering side
- Structured way of working
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to work in a large organization and collaborate across departments
- Effective, highly communicative oral and written skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of the AdTech industry, display/programmatic advertising
- Working back‑wards methodology (nice to have)
