,[Service Delivery: Planning of service lifecycle roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Business vision and objectives. , Solution Design, Development and Implementation: Accountability for design and development of solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. , Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Saas providers (like Workday) and other vendors to ensure smooth delivery of designed solutions and adherence to company policies and standards. , Escalation Management: Acting as the primary escalation point for high severity service issues, closely collaborating with Operations Manager and Support teams to restore normal operations. , Ensuring that escalation procedures are clearly defined and communicated. , Service Review: Regularly conducting service reviews with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective service management. , Budget Planning and Execution: Developing and managing the service budget, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and company targets , Monitoring and controlling cost components to stay within budget, identifying and addressing any variances. , Contract Management: Managing contracts related to the service, ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions. , Negotiating contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed, in collaboration with the Vendor Manager. , Team and People Management: Managing a team of 2-4 direct reports and 20-40 indirect / external indirect (project dependent).
