Senior Manager - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)
Join Agodas Performance Marketing team as Senior Manager – Flights Marketing. This role is based in Bangkok with relocation support.

Role Overview
Define and execute marketing strategy for Agoda’s Flights vertical, analyze large datasets, run experiments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and lead a team of analysts.
Responsibilities
- Define marketing strategy for flights (outside pricing)
- Spearhead development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across channels such as CRM and paid performance marketing
- Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply to identify opportunities, analyse trends, and drive initiatives
- Monitor and report on business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in data analyst roles or related big‑data projects, preferably in tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics or finance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in creating impactful presentations
- Stakeholder management experience with senior leadership; commercial acumen
- People management experience, including hiring, coaching and developing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive ownership
Preferred
- Experience in digital or social media marketing
- Experience in online travel or e‑commerce industry
- Experience with hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, Python/R
