Senior Manager

Your responsibilities

• supervision of managers of different departments and subordinate employees;
• ongoing monitoring and reporting to the President on defined indicators;
• initiating corrective actions to improve indicators;
• planning and implementing company policy and formulating and controlling the goals of each department;
• verification and supervision of the preparation of reports on the activities of the areas;
• initiating and taking actions related to optimization of costs and processes;
• introducing innovative solutions;
• co-creating company strategy;
• supporting the team in daily tasks;

Our requirements

• university degree (Management majors are welcome)
• experience in a similar position min. 5 years
• experience in manufacturing companies with a distributed organizational structure
• highly developed communication skills and leadership competencies
• very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• ability to analyze, responsibility, self-reliance
• stress resistance, well organized
• goal-oriented
