**Job Responsibilities**The Senior Manager is responsible for building and leading multiple effective teams, defining strategic direction, contributing to the product roadmap, and ensuring accountability. They must manage the professional development of their reports and ensure operational excellence by implementing policies and efficient resource utilization. Additionally, they should stay updated on technological trends and serve as an advisor on innovative solutions. Contribute to the product roadmap and bring purpose to the team and their backlog. Develop deep software product knowledge within the area of ownership. Work with leaders across the globe, including United States and Poland.**Your Skills:**Seven or more years of experience managing software product development teams. Excellent knowledge of software engineering discipline, including the latest programming languages, data engineering best practices, hands-on architecture high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, distributed database modeling and access languages and cloud environments such as SaaS.
