We are looking for an experienced Magento Developer, who will join our E-commerce Competency Center. You will contribute to the project for hearing aids manufacturers by playing a pivotal role in delivering a robust headless Magento solution tailored for B2B businesses.

Your tasks

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the Magento backend for a headless B2B application
• Configure and manage Magento dependencies, including Varnish, Redis, and ElasticSearch
• Build reusable modules and components for integration with third-party systems
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless API integrations
• Optimize database queries and server-side performance for scalability
• Work closely with the DevOps team to maintain a robust Dockerized development environment
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring deliverables align with sprint goals
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Magento backend development
• Great OOP experience - SOLID, GRASP, Design Patterns, etc.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks for PHP, e.g., PHPUnit
• Expertise in B2B e-commerce environments
• Proven track record in implementing headless Magento solutions
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments using Docker as well as working with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to design and maintain integrations with third-party services utilizing REST, GraphQL, and SOAP APIs in Magento
• Proven ability to optimize Magento performance at both application and server levels
• Familiarity with Scrum framework: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Residing in Poland required
