responsibilities :
Design and develop the next-generation machine learning platform supporting thousands of training pipelines and large-scale prediction workloads.
Build and evolve an ML platform for Samsung’s advertising ecosystem, improving the speed of model development and deployment.
Research and evaluate new ML platform technologies, creating prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
Collaborate with ML serving, MLOps, and other internal teams to improve platform architecture, code quality, and product reliability.
Work with global cross-functional teams to deliver new ML features aligned with business goals.
Mentor junior engineers and share technical best practices.
Adapt quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
requirements-expected :
6+ years of industry experience with a Master’s degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
Strong programming experience in Python, Go, or other OOP languages, plus solid knowledge of SQL, algorithms, and data structures.
Hands-on experience building ML platforms and pipelines, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and orchestration tools (e.g. Terraform, Airflow, AWS Step Functions, Lambda).
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) and monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
Familiarity with big data and ML ecosystems such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
