• airSlate is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the next chapter of our companys growth.
• airSlate set up the AI Center of Excellence (COE) with a focus on strategic initiatives within our core marketing engine and SaaS product lines. This team is committed to driving innovation in digital B2C marketing and customer-facing workplace automation solutions. Our goal is to pioneer industry-leading applications of AI by leveraging our vast data warehouse. We will collaborate with AWS SageMaker for traditional AI model deployments and use OpenAI, Bard, and other SaaS LLM solutions to develop unique solutions that will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI in airSlate.

• Design, Develop, and Train ML Models:
• Build and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Data Collection, Preparation, and Feature Engineering:
• Gather, preprocess, and engineer data for model training and evaluation.
• Model Evaluation, Validation, and Optimization:
• Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Deploy and Maintain ML Models in Production:
• Implement and monitor models in production, ensuring ongoing performance.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders for model development and deployment.
• Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines:
• Create robust data pipelines to support continuous model training and updates

• Previous experience in an AI/ML environment,
• Hands on experience with Traditional ML Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, and Reinforcement Learning),
• Hands on experience with Python,
• Familiarity with cutting edge LLM technologies (OpenAI, Bard) and techniques to build solutions on LLMs like Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning (Plus) and Prompt Tuning,
• Strong communication skills,
• Experience working with distributed remote teams across time zones,
• A cooperative attitude, team-player mindset, sharing of knowledge,
• Fluent English.
