Develocraft is looking for a Senior ML Engineer that will be directly employed by our international client from the US. In this project you will be responsible for design and engineering aspects of innovative projects related to search, automatic structuring and understanding of unstructured content. Your role is needed to ensure efficient architectures and low-level design of deep learning-based and LLM-based solutions for high-quality deliverables into products with focus on innovation, scientific research, experimentation, and optimal design
responsibilities :
Designing and refining solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs)
Developing and enhancing machine learning and deep learning pipelines for training, testing, and inference on modern GPU/CPU hardware and in cloud-based environments
Creating ML/DL systems tailored to meet production-grade performance and scalability needs
Building and improving data and inference pipelines for deployment in production environments
Bringing AI and ML models into production environments to deliver real-world value
Conducting data analysis, preprocessing, and preparation, including dataset transformation and initialization
requirements-expected :
Over 4 years of professional experience working on machine learning or ML-driven software engineering projects
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or similar
Familiarity with modern NLP libraries and toolkits, including Hugging Face Transformers
Practical experience in Natural Language Processing and/or Information Retrieval
In-depth knowledge of deep learning techniques and architectures
Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving abilities
