Obowiązki

• Operate the life cycle of source-code, data, and models provided by data scientists, referred to as the machine learning life cycle.
• Build and operate the machine learning life cycle on platforms by internal providers and bridge the gap between data science and IT infrastructure.
• Build a foundation of best-practices, templates, and project accelerators for machine learning operations using software engineering and software design principles.
• Educate data scientists about the machine learning life cycle and act as a sparring partner.
• Enable data scientists to be independent and allow them to integrate into the machine learning life cycle in a self-service manner.
• Serve multiple teams and projects across the organization.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Enable the organization to effectively harness machine learning and help innovate how clinical trials are conducted and analyzed.

Wymagania

• 5+ years of experience in Python
• Strong experience with software engineering principles and practices
• Strong experience with statistics and machine learning
• Strong experience with systems design, containerization, and distributed computing
• Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing
• Strong experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Strong experience with Azure Machine Learning
• Strong experience with Databricks
