Position: Senior M365 Cloud Consultant

As a Senior M365 Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solution designs and architectures for initiatives within the Azure Cloud. Together with your team, you will find the best solution for the customer’s demands and guide them in the right direction, especially during the Change & Adoption Phase within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the technical provisioning of Office 365 as well as the administration and configuration of Microsoft services.
2. Implementing and/or managing migration and rollout projects for M365 solutions.
3. Consulting the customer on Cloud transformations and showcasing your engineering skills.
4. Providing guidance on engineering methodologies and best practices to improve the customer’s environment.
5. Preparing and conducting customer workshops on both technical and organizational levels.
6. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A successfully completed degree in IT-related fields.
2. More than 7 years of experience in IT and projects, with at least 3 years focused on Cloud solutions and services.
3. Strong interest in current cloud technological trends within the M365 environment, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, and Defender for M365.
4. Excellent knowledge in leading M365 projects and related Microsoft technologies such as Office, Teams, Power Platform, and Exchange Online.
5. In-depth technical knowledge in Azure Active Directory and AD Connect.
6. Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerShell.
7. Certifications in Office 365, ITIL, and Cloud Security are required.
8. Experience with Managed Service processes and systems like Matrix42 or ServiceNow.
9. Familiarity with modern management approaches.
10. Good English or German skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
