responsibilities :
Design and develop high-performance trading system components in a distributed architecture with a focus on low latency.
Implement new features and functionalities in both existing and new systems, ensuring they adhere to low latency requirements.
Perform bug fixes and maintain code quality.
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems.
Collaborate closely with the Trading Quant and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
requirements-expected :
3-5+ years of experience in building financial/trading systems using Java.
Expertise in multi-threaded programming with lock-free algorithms.
Experience with the design and development of distributed systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in low-latency programming techniques and familiarity with open-source libraries related to low latency in Java, such as Disruptor, Agrona, Aeron, Netty, and Chronicle.
Knowledge of low latency concepts and techniques.
Skills in creating highly efficient code, optimizing performance at both the software and hardware levels.
Strong knowledge of AWS EC2 and experience with optimizing cloud environments for low latency.
