Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the core business modules of European logistics, including solution design, project management, customs operation, transportation operation, first mile operations and last mile operation, to gain an in-depth understanding of logistics processes and key business systems in Europe.
• Engage in negotiations and communications with logistics service providers, supporting resource integration and partnership advancement.
• Assist department leaders with daily management tasks, and participate in special projects, business analysis, and process optimization.
• Collect market and industry information, contribute to the development of business strategies and product solutions, and support the achievement of team objectives.
• Cooperate with China mid-platforms and product team to get business result.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong sensitivity to data, with exceptional skills in data analysis.
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other office software for chart creation and analytical model building.
• Skilled in SQL or Python capable of data extraction, analysis, and efficient data visualization.
• Strong execution capability and attention to detail, with a strategic mindset, fast learning ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
• Fluent in Mandarin
