Senior Logistics Analyst

Salary: 8,600 – 9,500 PLN gross/month (NEGOTIABLE) Temporary 
Start date: January/February 2026
Duration: First contract for 6 months (with possible extension depending on project progress)
Work model: Hybrid, two days per week from the office (office at Powstańców Śląskich 9, Wrocław)

Overview

We are looking for a System Support Specialist to provide ongoing operational support for users of the SAP TM / M3 system. This role involves monitoring system performance, resolving issues, analyzing user tickets, and collaborating with IT teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations. You will also prepare reports, support end users, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP TM (Transportation Management) or other SAP logistics modules (e.g., SAP MM) 
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes 
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues with an analytical approach 
• Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira) 
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze data 
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with end users and technical teams 
• English proficiency sufficient for effective communication 
• Accuracy, independence, and accountability in handling end-to-end ticket resolution 
• Experience in system change testing (UAT) is a plus 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 
• Technical or analytical background is an advantage (e.g., Engineering, Data Analysis, or IT)
