Senior Local Product Operations Manager

Otomoto – Management /Full-time /Hybrid

In this role, you will be responsible for getting closer to our business teams and product teams by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. You will support the Motors category at Otomoto and OLX. You will play a crucial role in contributing market insights to the product development process, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language, and facilitating daily operations to foster effective cooperation between teams.

In a typical day in the role of Senior Local Product Operations Manager, you will:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and product teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
2. Gather market insights and user feedback to inform product development decisions and strategy.
3. Translate technical concepts and jargon into language that is easily understood by business stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into product features.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows to enhance collaboration between business and product teams.
6. Manage the external cooperation & contracts with partners and subcontractors who supply services for our buyers & sellers.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

1. Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role within the tech industry. Preferably in a mass audience product.
2. Strong understanding of the product development process and Agile methodologies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
4. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional planning & execution skills.
7. Fluency in English is essential.
8. (nice to have) Knowledge of the automotive market, preferably on the dealer/OEM side.
