Moderna is solidifying its presence within our international business services hub in Warsaw, Poland. This hub provides critical functions, meeting the growing demand of Moderna’s global business operations.
As an integral part of Moderna’s global Legal team, the Assistant to Legal Counsel will be based in Warsaw at our Enterprise Solutions Hub. This is a dynamic and intellectually engaging individual‑contributor role, offering legal and operational support with a global remit. You will partner closely with senior lawyers and business stakeholders across Moderna’s Technical Operations (CMC) and International Commercial functions. You’ll be empowered to act as a critical enabler of day‑to‑day execution, supporting contracting, material reviews, negotiations, and digital transformation initiatives within legal workflows. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate across functions and embrace generative AI tools to reimagine legal operations in a fast‑paced biotech environment.
