Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day legal advisory for all company internal departments and to Management in the field of civil law, commercial law, labor law and intellectual property law.
2. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
3. A wide-ranging review of corporate documents as well as their preparation, including regulations, resolutions, power of attorneys in English.
4. Representing the Company in all types of proceedings (including labour disputes and administrative proceedings) and in non-litigious proceedings.
5. Handling issues related to personal data protection (including drafting of documents and ensuring continuous compliance with the GDPR).
6. Enrolling opinions on current legal considerations in the company.
7. Cooperation with independent external law offices – located worldwide.
8. Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
