Responsible for developing and delivering training across the following key functions:
eLearning Development
• Partner effectively with vendors, subject matter experts (SME), program managers, and business partners to define learning objectives, scope projects, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, upskilling, ongoing education for agents and supervisors, compendiums, facilitator guides, pacing guides, participant guides, SharePoint knowledge management systems, etc using formal techniques such as action mapping and ADDIE design.
• Maintain LMS content
• Proficient in developing clear, concise, engaging content that learners can comprehend
• Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools – such as PPT, SharePoint, Excel, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Adobe.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives
Project Management
• Scope projects and create timelines to adhere to a delivery schedule visible to interested parties and deliver those projects in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate ownership of projects and lead the way in design, delivering advanced solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead and manage projects to standardize training processes and materials across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports and insights to senior management on training outcomes, trends, and ROI.
Information Management
• Utilize SharePoint and construct knowledge management systems with specific thought-out information architecture, user permissions, page connectivity, and evaluation of effectiveness through the data and analytics within the site.
• Attention to detail pertaining to asset storage and organization of content created aligned with team standard.
Data Analysis
• Analyze training data, performance metrics, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend enhancements.
• Design training with data in mind – creating opportunity for data feedback loops and visualization of performance.
Senior Learning Developer has an extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional development, as well as a strong background in running training programs and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and optimizing training programs that drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, across our worldwide contact centers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to assess training needs, develop learning solutions through instructional design practices, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure all agents are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Additional training, such as manager training to ensure smooth technology transitions, etc, will be part of your tasked objectives as well.
Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing the structure of information for knowledge management and implementing the organization of information within knowledge management systems.
